Finally!
I had some problems with my mattress when I first got it because it didn't seem to hold the air in the chambers throughout the night. After conversations with Jason in Customer Service, he recognized that there must be a slow leak in the chamber(s) on the side of the bed in question. He sent replacement chambers and viola it's great. I sleep comfortably through the night. I especially like that I can adjust the firmness when needed. With other mattresses, you get what you get and if you want a different feel, you have to buy a new mattress. Oh, I know there are the motorized air beds, but I prefer no motor that can go out and require lots of money to replace.
I told my orthopedic doctor that I was seeing for a partially torn rotor cuff about the bed and how it works. His response was that I am light years ahead of my peers in bed choices. For the record, I'm older than the baby boomers.
P.S. Jason has been a great help and a fine asset to your company. No, he didn't ask me to say that.
