I have tried all different types of mattresses over the past few years. After having three spine surgeries, this mattress is by far the most comfortable and supportive one for me. I would recommend it to anyone who has back issues.

This is hands down the best mattress I’ve ever owned. I’m 6’ 1” and 350lbs. with chronic back and hip issues thanks to my being hard on them in the military and years of firefighting. I can adjust it to the firmness I need and it stays there despite my weight. Paired with the adjustable base and it’s the perfect bed for me. I really don’t see me ever buying another brand unless something goes seriously wrong with this one. I’ve had this bed for about 6 months or so and no issues. Love the bed, but (why does there always have to be a “but”?) the “white glove” delivery was a joke. The company that was supposed to deliver and set up my bed (king size so was really 2 twins with separate bases) was changed last minute to a regular freight company with “Final Mile” service. Apparently, final mile only meant “to your house”. The drivers “did me a favor” and put the bases in my bedroom, backwards, but the mattresses only made it to the garage. And they refused to haul off my old mattress and box springs. When I called Natural Form’s customer “dis”service, no apology, no offer to get someone to come set it up, no refund of the delivery charge, only arranged for a junk removal company to come get the old mattress and box springs. And of course, that company tried to charge me for it. So here I am with my bad back having to flip the bases around and put them together and then bring in the mattresses. White glove delivery my big ole butt. And of course, all of that aggravated my back and I had to use 2 vacation days to get back on my feet. Bottom line, love the mattress and base but don’t waste your money on the white glove delivery. Get a friend or family member to help you place it and set it up.

It is comfortable and the customer service excellent. They did tell me they would call at the end of my trial period but never did. Since I am happy with the mattress I did not follow up. I used the dial to change the firmness when I have a bad night for some reason. So far so good.
