This is by far the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. Decided to buy it after sleeping on one at Hilton Garden Inn. After about 2 years, the mattress began to sag (air bladder defect). After just a couple email correspondences, Natural Form replaced the air bladders and shipped them amazingly fast!

We love our Natural Form bed. It is the best mattress we have ever owned and we have had a few over the years. We have owned this for more than 2 years and it is still as comfortable as the first day we got it. When one of us is getting into or out of bed it does not disturb the other one also. I would recommend this bed to anyone if you want a very restful night of sleep.

Had the mattress two years. Most comfortable bed ever, felt it was worth the expense. Wanted to buy another wool cover. Rediculously expensive—$750. A bit off-putting, I feel it should be less since I’m already an investor in your high-priced mattress. Makes me think of trying another mattress for guest bedroom.
