I called Vapor Clean twice before I bought and once after. Every time the conversation was very informative. They recommended the machine I bought vs a more expensive one based on my needs and what I’d be using it for. After ordering the machine showed up in a couple of days, well packaged and ready to go.

Looking online for a steam cleaner only showed run of the mill cleaners with wall paper attachments as a selling point. What caught my attention about this machine was the vacuum feature that works in concert with the steam. I must say that the price did give me pause until I watched the video of the machine in use. I decided to go for broke and buy the PLUS series and take a chance and I am glad I did. The machine arrived in a very timely manner and upon opening the box and examining the unit I stated one word to my wife, “quality”. The attachments are very solid and appear to be made of a very high grade polymer. The steam boiler unit definitely passes the “heft test” and I am glad it comes with wheels. The push buttons and switches are well designed. Upon its first use I was amazed by how much steam the unit produces. I believe most users will want to dial down the steam control knob as it will be hard to see the details of what you are working on from all the steam. After using it on the test area of the tile grout, two words were said to my wife, “excellent quality”. I recommend that the startup instruction mention to have both the boiler switch and the boiler switch super power turned to reduce the time needed to steam the water. After using the unit in different configuration of the boiler switch I just left both switches on and the unit automatically called on the power need to do the job while maintaining steam pressure. I also recommend adding an indicator light for when the chemical/detergent switch is engage. My wife said it makes a high frequency noise but I could not hear it with my ears. Having this chemical/detergent switch close to the steam switch makes it easy to engage by mistake. It would also be great if a travel case would be offered for the unit including all the hoses and attachments to use when traveling between houses. Your web site says the Bonus Pack (bag) is only available at the time of purchase which is I think is disappointing for customers. Great design and great quality, well worth the investment.
