Quality of the product meets expectation

I first ordered a pro six solo and upon receiving it went straight to work with it. The machine is incredible! However, my project was a little larger than expected and I needed to swap out the unit for the pro six dual which allows me to constantly refill throughout the day without having to turn the unit off. After contacting customer service, they said this has happened plenty of times and they are happy to let me return the unit since i only had it for one day, assuming the unit was in factory condition (which it was) and upgrade to the pro six dual if I paid the price difference. I have since received my pro six duo and it now meets the needs of my extended project times. I am a very happy customer and I would highly recommend vaporclean to anybody that asks about steam related tools/devices.
