This machine is as good as what they told us it will be - Very heavy duty - I'm glad I went with the continuous refill / i don't have to stop cleaning to refill it (very necessary) One recommendation to everyone !! please get some extra accessories & supplies when you buy the steamer // shipping is kind of high if you do it later - I got that issue now : ( right now I'm looking for options
