Ordered a whole new patio (6 tables, 25 chairs) for our restaurant less than a year ago. So far two tables have broken and 11 chairs have folded and broken. Have to order all new patio furniture this year after spending a significant amount less than a year ago. Plus side, delivery was fast and efficient in a time where it was hard to get furniture.

Ordered a large number of chairs, to be delivered on a certain date. Due to incompetence the chairs were shipped far before the agreed upon date, with nowhere to store them. Had to purchase storage, and was promised a refund on shipping in order to compensate for storage. No check has ever been received. Obviously will never purchase anything from these people again.
