Most items delivered quickly. One was back ordered. The back ordered item was compromised before arrival, but not enough to make a stink about considering the price. Always love encouraging local vendors. We love to cook and especially appreciate the selection at Mission. The packaging was more than adequate and the website is easy to navigate. We'll be baking in 2021 !!!

The undercounter freezer arrived in a timely manner. The freezer works great, and I am satisfied with it. The only complaint I have is the unit had a small dent on the top.

It’s hard to find professional cooking equipment. Mission Supply has it. I somehow thought they were in SF, but the shipping address was in “Texas”? Hmmm. Anyway, I plan to buy a truckload of other things soon.
