I purchased a True TDD-1 keg refrigerator from MissionRS. When it arrived, it did not work. I got in contact with Jessica Lopez & Joel Stewart in customer service. They were very helpful in getting the faulty unit returned and sending a new unit to me. They went way above normal customer service.
