Absolutely love my Mela weighted blanket. Bought an additional cotton cover as I thought the minky cover that came with it would be too hot, but actually I prefer it - so cosy (but it is still winter!) During these strange times, the weighted blanket has been very comforting. The product is beautifully presented and the company are a joy to deal with. I bought a pillow but couldn’t get on with it (seems I can only cope with a very very thin pillow...) and the returns process was simple and trouble-free. Very happy customer!

Some difficulties in finally receiving my order of the chill blanket spare cover and 2sets of pillow covers, but customer service was always polite and helpful especially in the period before xmas. Main issue was with Royal mail taking over 2 weeks to deliver, but overall good communication and great quality products
