They lost my original order. It was going to be at least 3 months before another would be available so I got a refund. Then 3 days later a different size/weight blanket got delivered, goodness knows why!! It sat in my hall for 2 weeks as they didn’t respond to numerous emails and there isn’t a phone number to call. Out of pure desperation I ended up doing the online chat on their website, took over an hour just to get them to sort out the whole mess and arrange for a courier to collect it!! (After asking me to take an 11kg blanket back to the post office in the middle of a lockdown!!!). I had a terrible experience with Mela and would never ever consider buying anything from them in the future.
