They lost my original order. It was going to be at least 3 months before another would be available so I got a refund. Then 3 days later a different size/weight blanket got delivered, goodness knows why!! It sat in my hall for 2 weeks as they didn’t respond to numerous emails and there isn’t a phone number to call. Out of pure desperation I ended up doing the online chat on their website, took over an hour just to get them to sort out the whole mess and arrange for a courier to collect it!! (After asking me to take an 11kg blanket back to the post office in the middle of a lockdown!!!). I had a terrible experience with Mela and would never ever consider buying anything from them in the future.

I hated the blanket and it took over 6 weeks to get my money back after I returned it.

Not suitable for chronic pain and I now have to struggle to return such a heavy item.

returned month ago and still no refund

Would have sent back but had already thrown away original packaging. Didn’t agree with me at all and actually made my sleep worse.
