Awful not able to return a product as I opened the packaging to look at product realised I had bought wrong size, returned but no refund and no replacement product. Advised sheet would be given to charity. Won’t be purchasing from this company again

Initially I would’ve given the eucalyptus sheet set 5 stars- when they first arrived in May I was impressed with how luxurious they felt against my skin; soft, cool and silky. Perfect! Knowing how expensive these sheets were inspired me to look after my investment. I used gentle detergent, kept the washing temperature cold and always let them air dry. However, 3 months later and I am extremely disappointed at how much these sheets have pilled. Getting into bed is no longer a luxurious experience; they feel rough and irritating on my skin. I ended up purchasing a de-bobbler to get rid of the pills but it takes time to do and new pills always form afterwards. This is a real shame because I absolutely loved these sheets when they were new and I prefer supporting independent businesses and making ethical choices where possible. Back to cotton it is!

the blanket is not a traditional ‘double size’ should have bought a king size. description not great. am i within my 30 day trail period to swap is this possible?
