Should have been on website about ordering 2 singles instead of a double if you’re a couple sharing a bed. Ordered a double which didn’t work for us to returned

Never had a company refuse a exchange or help because I tossed the original box in the bin. The product should be what’s important not the box.

Expensive waste of money!!

This is, at best, a 3-star product, but the frequency I’ve been contacted to leave a review on a single pillow makes it one star. The product itself works as described, but is very, VERY soft and doesn’t offer much support. Inserting countless other pillows eventually found one that did offer a comfortable night’s sleep. This means that I’ve bought a £65 padded pillow cover. Pretty much any online retailer will have similar products at a fraction of the cost. Mela simply isn’t worth the price.

Not happy with the 30 day trial. Was hoping to try it out but as you mentioned once its opened you cannot return the pillow.
