When I returned my blanket for exchange they forgot to send me another one, when I rang up they told me I had been overlooked, they did send another one but good job I rang or I’d still be waiting.

Would love to buy another to leave at my sons home for when I’m visiting. Would be great if you did a generous discount if you have been a previous customer as the blanket is heavy to “travel” with.

My son didn’t get on with the blanket. He just didn’t enjoy the feeling of weight! However the blanket is nicely made and attractive so had he enjoyed the sensation I would have been pleased. I think it is a little pricey even though it’s well made.

I haven’t received my blanket yet. I bought the cover thinking it was a light blanket (my fault for probably not reading properly. Is very crisp cotton though) so then had to buy the blanket as well. But I haven’t received the second order yet.

I bought the dual pillow. It was rubbish, had no support whatsoever. You'd be better off buying a £5 pillow from Argos. They don't accept returns for hygiene reasons, although you can return a weighted blanket so the policy is nonsense! I did get a refund after complaining as they said there was perhaps a manufacturing fault with my item. I highly doubt this. They're charging an extortionate amount for products of little value/quality. I wish this review could have been positive. I do like to support small businesses but I also believe in honesty.
