Customer service a bit difficult to get hold of, but excellent once you reach them. Bedding is gorgeous & really helpful for hot sleepers, however the duvet struggles to stay in the corners due to the silky nature of the bedding. Ties on the cover & duvet would be helpful like they have on the weighted blanket. Also the buttons on the duvet result in the top seam being pulled down so it tends to be about an inch from the top of the duvet

Lovely blanket and efficient service. My only criticism was that this came in a box which advertised exactly what it was and as this was a Christmas present this kind of ruined the surprise. Perhaps have a gift option.
