Good all round service with quality products

Although it took a while to arrive, I love the packaging and the product itself. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Correspondence was good, and the returns system was easy

I was doing homework on comfort blanket but the item has tented to be a flooded market on these items. I went for Mela because quality but as there was a offer on I took the plunge. Disappointing there was a delay in delivery but I got a small refund because of this delay. For some reason someone at their depot sent out another one and it cause problems but I told my mother if she was interested in one as I had a discount for her one. In the end she did get one with a discounted price. Website was easy but not enough on the items pro and cons

Delayed shipping but great customer service hence I would definitely use Mela again
