Although for very personal reason I had to return the heavy blanket I had ordered from Mela, the attention, cooperation and assistance I received was excellent . The item was collected free of charge and the cost I had payed refunded in full with no delay. Full mark for Mela.

I’ve always struggled to fall asleep and also to stay asleep, waking up multiple times in the night. Since starting using the weighted blanket, I fall asleep sooner and sleep through the night, waking up early and refreshed. The blanket is so soft and looks really nice too, its quite warm so i only use the blanket and no duvet. And with the simple instructions on how to put the cover back on the blanket it’s no trouble to wash it!

I can’t fault the return and refund process. I bought a 9kg blanket for my husband for his birthday but he didn’t get on with it so regrettably we had to return it. The process for returning was so easy - a courier was booked for me and the refund was processed very quickly. Highly impressed.
