Super soft cover, textured one side and smooth the other. My sensory seeking autistic son loves this soft fabric! Weight is evenly distributed, lots of attention to detail like internal ties to keep the inner weighted part inside the cover nicely. I would recommend this weighted blanket to anyone. As a hot sleeper the cotton cover is brilliant. Fits well, far cooler than the cover the blanket comes with (although that blanket will be great in the winter). Would highly recommend.
