I’m so happy with my purchase. My anxiety is greatly reduced at night. I fall asleep quicker and stay asleep longer. I also purchased the cotton cover which is fab for warmer nights.

Completely satisfied with my blanket ,I’m sleeping much better ..my husband has also said I do as I’m not waking him up with fidgeting tossing and turning 😁 I selected the double as it’s just for me a good size and my duvet can’t easily go over it when autumn and winter arrive ! The website was easy to navigate.. beautifully boxed and presented with clear instructions and science behind it all leaflets..I’m recommending to everyone
