This blanket has improved my sleep immensely. It was shipped on time in a very sturdy box and arrived in damaged. The website was easy to navigate.

I suffer with anxiety, which causes many sleepless nights, and happened upon an article showing that, sometimes, a weighted blanket can alleviate symptoms and help with restful sleep. I was hopeful that this would be the case for me and did some research, leading me to Mela. The reviews I read, together with a few articles in various publications, encouraged me not to opt for a “cheaper version of the product as it may be substandard. I can positively say that the Mela weighted blanket is made to a very high standard. The product arrived in substantial and attractive packaging and, when I opened it I was very impressed with the quality of both the blanket and the cover. I would happily recommend it to others, with the proviso that it may just not be suitable for everyone. Unfortunately that was the case for me and I was disappointed not to find a quick solution to my sleep problems. However on contacting the customer service team, I was given advice on how to return the blanket and they made the process as easy as possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I love my Mela weighted blanket, bought because I prefer a to sleep under a heavy weight. I bought a single blanket to use on my king size bed, and it sits on top of my summer duvet. Lovely and snuggly without being too hot. The biggest disadvantage is that it is so snuggly I have trouble getting out of bed in the morning!
