Mattress has surprised me with how well the mattress enables me to sleep and wake very well.

Finally have a pillow that ensures I sleep well and wake without neck pain.

My mattress arrived with a couple of flaws so I sent them an email and photos and they addressed this quickly. I was sent a replacement mattress and given a small refund for my trouble. They arranged pickup of the old mattress. I find it very comfortable, maybe could be a tiny bit firmer for me. But in all I’m quite pleased.
