Shipping a problem. Tracking showed that my item was in Perth on 10 dec but still not delivered on 18 December. I rang shipping company and they just said to wait another 2 days!! Two days later I rang again and only then did they escalate and actually find my item which then was delivered 24 hours later . Your shipping system should have hilighted the obvious delay sooner

I have part an order

I have part an order that wasn't delivered - when i emailed about it you then processed it, but didn't check with me and I am travelling so it will be returned to you as i wasnt there for the delivery - meaning i will need to follow up again. I also tried to re-order an item - it proved difficult - discount code i was given timed out etc.

Not happy, I have ordered

Not happy, I have ordered mats back in late November, Still haven’t received them. Sent an email asking show long before I receive my order, No response. Then today I received a request for a review. How do you want me respond? Customer service: 0 out of 10, no update, no response to emails. Product: can’t say “haven’t go it” Website : 0 out of 10, when I ordered my mats they were in stock. After paying for them, sometime later they have no stock. Over all pretty fucked up.
