The Mat is great so far and has far less flex than the cracked one it's replacing. Very smooth and easy to glide on, we have thick carpet with thick underlay and this has been an excellent pick. Shipping was great, next day delivery to us. The only drawback I've found is the matt does sometimes slide on the carpet so I occasionally need to adjust the positioning. Regardless I would buy one again

good service from matshop, Delivery from freight company questionable as driver backed the truck over one of my daughter trees in her driveway, when we question the company they said so what, so now i have to buy her a 60.00 tree.

I was disappointed to be advised when I purchased the item that I wouldn't receive it for 6 weeks due to shipping delays however I was pleased that it did arrive after 4 weeks.
