Very fast delivery and super easy ordering process. It was easy to find what I was looking for and our mats seem to be high quality.

Time from ordering to delivery was amazingly fast (although they initially only sent one chair mat instead of the two we had ordered). But a phone call resolved the mistake rapidly and we received the second mat extremely quickly as well. The two heavy duty chair mats are performing very well so far (after one month's usage).
