the product came very late after multiple reschedules. and the given screws are too weak the heads stripped easily in halfway while installing into studs. it was a nightmare to take them out and put a good ones. it is a expensive product but the accessories are too cheap.

I'm very disappointed in the size of the sample. I want to use it to choose a material for the fireplace surround inside the mantel, but I'm not sure how useful it will actually be due to how small the sample is.

For the price of a cherry shelf I was buying I assumed it was real wood. To my dismay it arrived made of veneer. I think this should be noted in the description.

Delivery was fine but the product itself is awful. The French cleat as others said was slightly warped. The mantel was too heavy for it. Waste of $300
