My contractor was able to start the job sooner than expected. I contacted Mantels Direct customer service to see if we could expedite the order. Customer service person said sure no problem. I'll call you back with the delivery date, but none of my calls were returned. I had to call two more times just to get a delivery date. It wasnt expedited. It took them 2 weeks to make the mantle. Mantels direct uses Old Dominion for delivery service. Old Dominion was wonderful. I had to contact them to change my contact phone number and they were very professional and got back to me right away. Delivery was perfect.

returns are difficult. Get put on hold and no one ever answers

Still deciding on this sample. Not sure if it’s the look I want

The condition of the packaging is a concern.

Disappointed that it arrived without instructions or remote. Still awaiting arrival.
