Even when trouble happens
Not every transaction is perfect. It is when the unexpected happens that the true "commitment to the customer" of a supplier shows through. My first mantle kit was damaged in shipment (not due to packaging, imo) The support I received when reporting the damage was 1) friendly and supportive, 2) had viable options to proceed, 3) allowed time to evaluate how best to move ahead. Yes, I had to "postpone" installation work, but the replacement delivery was quick enough to recover. Perfect? no, Better yet, they were professional & responsive when things didn't go quite as expected.
