Item arrived in short time which surprised me, takes longer for a piece of mail to arrive.

The mantel arrived in great shaped. Well packed. It was better than what we expected. Mounting the mantel was about the easiest project I ever did. It probably took 10 minutes. No gaps between the mantel and the wall. My mantel is 72" long so finding studs was easy. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. I bought the Keystone model.
