Answered my questions on chat, and shipped the item in a reasonably time frame with great packaging.

Ok

It came fast. Was easy to install and looks fantastic.

It looks very elegant! Super easy to install.

I'm giving them a 5 out of 5 mainly because of their customer service. I received a damaged mantel. I emailed them and within 24 hours I had a reply and a solution. After uploading pictures of the damage, they shipped me another mantel all within 5 days. Customer service goes a long way these days!
