Customer service was excellent, as they had a delay with their stock. They promptly called me to let me know they would ship the TS as soon as they could restock it. Worth waiting on.

Excellent customer service ... Actually, over the top!

I called customer service to discuss the sink and return options if I was not hapoy with what I received and they were very kind and explained the process so I was comfortable ordering the sink through them. Delivery was odd, I wasn’t home when it was delivered and it was left at the bottom of my drive way wich is a long distance from my home and being a small women i was unable to carry it to my home so I had to call for help getting it into my home. So be prepared for that when you order.

I was impressed with the shipping and packing of my sinks. They didn’t have a scratch! My heart felt relief upon opening them :) This was a very good experience from start to finish.
