It seems to be broken at the neck hinge. I had to leave town. Will return and see if it can be repaired.

The additional shipping charge for assembly and special delivery was ridiculous. Two woven molded chairs carried out of a truck. A child could have easily brought these in. I asked about it when purchased and your company insisted it was assembly and special delivery.

TERRIBLE. My Visa has been charged for 2 chairs that I never ordered, which are taking up space in my guest bedroom, and now the chairs I ordered are out of stock. L&G don't return phone calls, and email replies are few and far between...I'm never shopping here again.

see initial review, delivery was horrible, I got injured and I could've walked from Van Nuys to my house quicker than the two weeks it took to ship it.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have never received my rug. I have submitted numerous inquiries with customer support and no one will tell me where my rug is. I will tell everyone I know to never purchase from this company and I am telling my designer to STOP recommending products from this company.
