Lulu and Georgia - Magento

We have yet to receive the table ordered in January. The backordered date was noted for mid-March and now it's May 11th. The warehouse has now lost 1/2 of the shipment. Please have a supervisor from the trade department reach out to me as soon as possible to reconcile.

I am still waiting for a replacement part for my Aneko furniture. It has been a week and I still have no date from the shipper or your company.

Lack of communication with an actual person explaining delays. Still have not received purchase.

$120 shipping, $200 delivery - PAID! Only for items to not qualify for “white glove service?!” Ridiculous
