Have had two shipments so far. They’ve arrived in very good condition. The packaging is sturdy to prevent crushing with a cloth bag surrounding the pot of the plant to keep the soil in place. Seems to be a successful system and for the cost, which is very reasonable, it’s worth it if you’re going to shop for plants online.
