Lively Root

I ordered two plants to be delivered to my daughter in NYC. The plants arrived and weren’t really doing too well. I contacted customer service and they suggested replacing those two plants with heartier versions, which would survive the journey a bit better. She received these new babies and is thrilled with their condition! We all know that things can (and do) happen. The way Lively Root handled things insures that I will certainly do business with them again!

My new plant baby arrived fast and in excellent condition. I'm as happy as a pig in a puddle lol.
