As well as a great product I experienced excellent customer service and found their sale and delivery process very efficient.

Delighted with the quality of the products, delivery and also delivery was super fast. Will be keeping an eye out for more products as won't be shopping elsewhere!

Shipping was quick , except for the duvet it took almost 2 months to arrive, I emailed and got a reply saying it was out of stock . Fair enough but I think I should have been informed before I emailed.

I ordered a pair of sheets before Christmas and was told some items might come separately.I honestly thought I wouldn't have the complete set for Christmas visitors.The company turned up trump's ! Item was sent to my door on Christmas Eve.Brilliant service.
