This was my first time ordering from this Lighting New York, and so far, I’m really impressed! I easily found exactly what I was looking for, and the website was simple to navigate. I used the chat feature and spoke with Carol—on a Sunday at 8 p. m. , no less—which was fantastic. I didn’t have to wait for answers; she was quick, friendly, and super helpful. Checkout was easy, and the next day I received a shipping confirmation—wow, that was fast! I haven’t received my lights yet, but based on this experience so far, I’m feeling very confident in my purchase. If the rest of my experience matches the level of service I’ve received so far, I have no doubt it will continue to be exceptional.

I appreciate all of the specs and info that you give on your products. Also, how easy it is to chat with someone if there are questions. I would like to see some reviews from customers and real feedback of what your products look like in person. Customer service is super helpful and friendly.

The marine grade Quoizel wall lights are exceptional. Very good quality polycarbonate and just what we need in SW Florida. Having fixtures that are waterproof and resistant to the UV rays is great. Your company is thorough and knowledgeable. The packaging was designed to protect the lights and it definitely did keep them safe!
