The website was easy to navigate. I found what I wanted right away. The only thing I found troublesome was a higher discount when I found the desired lamp on my phone than my search for the same product on my computer. Odd. Overall, though, I had a great shopping experience.

It was very easy to navigate the purchase of our new lamp. We have not yet received the lamp so I can't speak about the quality of the lamp yet.

Very good ! Lights cam quickly. Directions could use a little more detail in what the various nuts are and exactly the order to install them, but lamps are together. I would suggest you tell the delivery folks to follow the 'this end up' instructions and the 'fragile' notifications as mine were upside down and one of the boxes had a a hole. Thankfully packed really well so not damage was done!

The entire shopping experience from navigating the website through receiving the package was excellent. The website was easy to navigate and information about the lighting fixtures in which I was interested was easy to find. Pricing information was transparent and very competitive with other companies. The product which I wanted was initially out of stock but the alert notification function worked well notifying me quickly when the light became available.

I got a great price on a high quality Hinkley light, that is beautiful. I also purchased two other ceiling lights that were a great price and are even better in person than the pictures. The website was easy to use and they lights Shipped quickly.
