I had a Minka fan that just stopped responding. I have two of the same model, so I worked the two remotes and figured that they weren’t getting a signal from the remote. I found new receivers on your site and ordered an open box replacement. I chatted with your tech and was guaranteed that the open box receiver was fully tested and operational. I received the new receiver and replaced the old unit. Reassembled the unit and it worked flawlessly. Thanks
