Dana and all the sales staff at LNY are what I hope for in customer service. After narrowing my selection for table lamps down to two, Dana suggested no less then six other lamps - all of which fit the space so much better than the ones I was considering. These employees go above and beyond every time I order lighting. I’ve used LNY for almost every fixture I’ve purchased over the past ten years, and I can always count on excellence from selection to pricing, from quick shipping to easy , no hassle returns.

Product was just as described and well packaged. The order was shipped lighting quick. I ordered it on Wednesday morning and it was on my doorstep Thursday morning (120 miles).

The website was easy to navigate. I found what I wanted right away. The only thing I found troublesome was a higher discount when I found the desired lamp on my phone than my search for the same product on my computer. Odd. Overall, though, I had a great shopping experience.

It was very easy to navigate the purchase of our new lamp. We have not yet received the lamp so I can't speak about the quality of the lamp yet.
