I needed an extra part for a fan I was ordering. I called and got great help with finding what I needed so that I could add it to my order!

Everything about this experience was positive, from their website through their shipping. I would buy from these guys again.

I had tried in vein to identify the correct replacement ceiling fan/ light remote. Once I contacted your representative and described my fan/light system, she provided me the recommended universal remote which would work. I am now waiting on receiving this remote which, hopefully, will synchronize successfully. I appreciate the professional and expeditious advice from your representative.
