When my Lifestyle Retractable Clothesline was delivered and may i add with in two days by a Courier talk about super fast, i was not home at the time and it was put out of site were i asked but the parcel was damaged in transport and a few of the nuts and a black plastic end cap was missing, So i phoned lifestyle service department and spoke to the most friendliest person i told him what had happen and he said he would post the missing bits to me that day the next day they had arrived and i installed my new Retractable Clothesline following the instructions with no problems your product is fantastic, and your service department is second to done and is a credit to you and i would not hesitate to recommend your company and products anyone. Well we finally were able to decide where we wanted to install our new Lifestyle Clothesline. We managed to fit it in nicely with the existing fence line and the colour matching was great. Have used it a few times and all works well. Thanks guys.
