Ordered the Eco and add on in woodland grey - the line supplied was cream hardly coloured coordinated - why choose a clothesline in any colour if you didn't what it to fit in and be less than conspicous - rang lifestyle to enquire and was advised "well that is what is comes with" same result when I had the discussion with online chat - then at an additional cost ordered the woodland grey line to fit in and be less than cospicous - the line arrived and it is pale grey - again contacted lifestyle - again same result - buying with them was easy - customer service and description of product is not anywhere near satisfactory - if you are a little fussy about where you spend your money do it somewhere else.
