Great product although we have found that the fiberglass rods do not stay on the clothesline arms, don't know why this is. .However it does the job we required it to do - protect the washing from rain, debris and provides a great sun shelter for our dogs. We accidentally broke one fiberglass rod initially trying to put it together. Lifestyle was contacted and they replaced the product, no problem at all. So absolutely great friendly customer service. Thank you all at Lifestyle. :)

Replacing an old RetractAway 40 with same was easy. Fitted straight onto existing wall bolts. Very pleased with this model & I'm glad l chose to stay with it for our wall to lawn situation.
