We purchased the Lessa mattress (queen) about 2 months ago and my wife and I truely enjoyed the quality and feel of the mattress. It was unlike anything we were used to and quite comfortable to sleep on at first. About 2 weeks into it we both realized that we didn't really injoy the memory foam feel, and while it was comfortable to sleep on we both felt as though it didn't have the support that a heavier sleeper such as myself needed. We gave it a full month and decided to return the mattress. This is where the 5 stars really comes in. The folks at Leesa are truly customer first and they have an awesome system for the return. Instead of just taking it back and or recycling/throwing it a way, they donate it to a local charity in your area. On top of that, we had set up the pick up with the charity but the gentleman that picked it up wasn't able to give a receipt for us to send to Leesa for the refund. Sarah, the very nice and helpful young lady with Leesa was on the case for me from the start and even called the group for us to confirm the pick up and receipt of the mattress and within a day of that they had processed the refund. While the mattress didn't work for us it is of very high quality and the company is top notch and very easy to work with. No one should ever hesitate to try this mattress and company out. Best sleep ever. Do not wake up stiff and sore anymore.

It is a good mattress for the money but is a little firmer on the foundation I am using.... Am gonna try on a different one soon but I am satisfied with my purchase!

Easy to unpack and comfortable right out of the box.

We loved the first Leesa mattress we purchased so much we ordered a second one for our lake home!! Best mattress!!!
