Layla

The customer service is unmatched! There was a hole in the box and all the way through to the cover (apparently via shipping) - and they were so quick to replace the cover for me so I didn’t have to go through filing a claim with the shipper! They really stand behind their excellent products. Loved my purple mattress, but after trying out Layla I am a lifetime customer.

Customer service was excellent

Shipping was fast and had no problems

Fast shipping and we had it on our bed ready for sheets really fast. Great experience. No regrets. Get rid of that old mattress with the dips!

Shipping was great and product arrived on time and intact
