The customer service is unmatched! There was a hole in the box and all the way through to the cover (apparently via shipping) - and they were so quick to replace the cover for me so I didn’t have to go through filing a claim with the shipper! They really stand behind their excellent products. Loved my purple mattress, but after trying out Layla I am a lifetime customer.
