The service I have found at Lavender Hill has just been amazing. At every stage of the process everyone has gone above and beyond our expectations. The delivery got a little muddled and both the Lavender Hill staff and those of the courier company were incredibly helpful and allowed me to call to double check details without making me feel I was being a pain.
