The images on line are true to what is delivered. The delivery man is careful & friendly. He even remembered our house after many deliveries to us. The ladies in store answer emails quickly in a friendly manner. I was a little anxious ordering totally on line as not able to see products in store but I have had no problems with multiple orders.
