Excellent service and communications! I had to ask for my items to be held until my house was completed and the ladies at LH were very accommodating. Later, I received a call from them to tell me that one of my side tables arrived at the warehouse in less than perfect condition and had to be re-ordered. This only caused a small delay and I was very happy that they had such a focus on quality. In the end all my items arrived in perfect condition. I'm very happy with the products and the people at Lavender Hill. Thanks so much!!
