Poor service. Still waiting on my delivery

The product broke upon assembly in two separate places. Customer service tried to tell me it was my fault, took days at a time to respond to me, admitted that it wasn't my fault but that it isn't a manufacturing issue even though the product wasn't fit for purpose. They refused to refund me for the item. They sent new parts so I could assemble it again and tried to make out that it was a gracious and kind thing for them to do. The new parts then arrived damaged due to awful packaging at their end; no protection and a box that wasn't the right size. They are still refusing to refund me and I have had to take the issue further. This has been going on for almost a month. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The table arrived fine but one important piece of wood number 6 is missing. Can you send it to me please. Thanks Leena

Delivery took and age, I spent £330 on 4 chairs and one of the legs had snapped. I have been told that a replacement won’t be sent for approx 3 weeks which is just not good enough.
